EE with ultron seems to be the general consensus...

also anyone with a high attack that can get base to base, which is a lot of people.

I know he's expensive, but Nightmare plus a taxi (or two because everyone goes after them first) has NO PROBLEM hitting anyone.
Another good bet is Wolverine (U). That attack value of 12 with blades is pretty slick.

Well, Ultron has a nice beefy attack that might hit her... Thanos gets a 15 attack if you really want to use that many points... Cheapest alterative might be Bullseye if you can draw her out of hindering terrain... Uh... alot of the high attack # people are just really expensive and a huge investment to put on a team just to remove one figure like that, honestly. I'd probably go with an Exp. Ultron and EE her and her companions into oblivion. he's got a 13 begining attack so it shouldn't be too hard to hit her 18. Maybe throw in a SHIELD character in to boost the EE damage and go to town. That's the flaw with Invis. Girl is that you have to group up figure around her to make use of her defend and that opens up the gates for huge EE attacks. You might want to have two shield troopers, in fact. 3 damage per splash is mean. If all else fails throw in Hydras so you can get your +1 attack for your attack aswell.

i just wipped an e invis in a 200 point game and what i had was a v torch and v she hulk

well, if she isn't stealthed, you can use a hit by any firelord (on the 5 damage click) to kill her in one shot. Did that in one tournament. My opponet was totally relying on her too:D

Yeah an outwitter, some SHEILD weenies and E Ultron sounds like a good plan. Out wit her defend, then hit her for some 3 damage EE hits and her whole team is severly weakened.

In a mixed game put a rookie Steel with an experienced Ultron and watch the other guy cry.
