If pulse wave is hitting multiple targets does that mean all the targets get one click of damage regardless of toughness, imperv., invuln., etc?

A game is on pause right now until this can be resolved...please help answer this question...

from my understanding, impervious gets hit, invuln and toughness don't. This is because impervious is activated by an attack on that character and i *think* pulse wave is just damage not an attack on the char. but check that in the rules of pulse wave first.

Cevn is right, unless the damage is 2 then toughness takes 1, or if damage is 3 then invul, takes 1. etc.

Pulse Wave:

If it is against a single figure, then it is a targeted attack.
If it is against multiple figures, then it is an untargeted attack.

Impervious and Mastermind will work if that figure was the only figure being attacked by Pulse Wave. If there were other figures to whom LOF could be drawn then neither of these powers could be used.

Toughness and Invulnerability work in either case because they do not require targeting.
