Knock-offs like this are done all the time, and usually nothing ever comes of it. I've seen miniatures for Firefly, The Fifth Element, Doctor Who, Gladiator, Sin City, etc. and they've been available for years. If it were just Marvel issuing the Cease and Desist order, I suspect they might blow it off. When Disney sends you a letter warning to to stop, you bloody well stop, or they will ruin you.

Yeah, that would have been my plan, but I'd like to see a Machine Man remake anyhow. Complete character shift from what we have.
