need stickies on battle formations and reviews

i think you need stickies on the battle formation and reviews explaining how it works... maybe if the sticky actually pointed out that you are able to rate the FINAL team with stars (and how to actually rate step by step, for ex. "go to the lower right corner of the page to rate the team") and that the main forum is just for suggestions on teams that aren't final with the end goal of exporting your team to the final team forum then more people would go to that forum and actually rate the teams...
