Well, it's not like I don't know about the green caped bell-bottom wearin' punk with the scooby doo rip off and the smart chick...shin-goji mentioned JAn (incorrectly) so I decided to join in with some light hearted correction. Those episodes sucked, by the way.

Admittedly, Super Friends, especially the old Wendy, Marvin, Wonderdog episodes are positively unwatchable. Like Superman could possibly ever need rescuing by a couple of Robin wannabees.

Though there was a later series (Challenge of the Super Friends? Can't remember.) where they went up against the Injustice League every week that was kind of fun. probably not good, exactly, but fun. Though it's been years so the memory's vague - that senility thing again.

The Legion of Doom :eek: Lex, Gorilla Grodd, Toyman, Scarecrow, Cheetah, Grundy, Brainiac, Penguin, Joker, Black Manta . . . . those were the good old days. It was the "Saturday cartoons have to have a message" routine that ruined the Superfriends and brought about episodes such as, "attention Superfriends, some wreckless kids are drag racing up windy mountain road!!".
"Great Scott!!!, those kids are going to hurt someone and they may litter in the process."

I used to play a Legion of Doom Overpower Team, with alternating members, LOL.
