187 for the CA penal code for homicide that is!

I'm playing against Fin Fang Foom tomorrow and the scenario will be being used.

With that said, I just spent about 3 hours designing the ULTIMATE anti-Fin Fang Foom killing machine.

Two teams will be going up against him, and we will be opposing to each others' teams as well. But do we really want to attack each other?

(Well, my opponent wouldn't want to attack me anyway, because I'd wipe his team in one or two turns max.) :)

The force build is 600 Points Golden Age with these stipulations: a) No BFCs; b) No 2-D Special Objects.

My team has 15 figures on it. It's a non-generic keyword theme team. But I only have 3 figures that will do any attacking at all.

But between my 3 attacking figures, I will be dishing out about 15-18 clicks of damage EVERY single turn. Yep, that is correct... every single turn. Passing won't really play much a part in my force build.

I have some pretty amazing tricks up my sleeve, and it's all 100% legal per the rules.... and none of my figures are colossal figures.

I can't reveal my force yet, as my opponent reads theses forums regularly, but I will post the team tomorrow after the game.

Well, see you tomorrow after the game when I reveal my team.

I'm going to guess... Ultimates, with 9 Samuel L Fury's!

Seriously though, I think it may be fantastic four, starter Thing being yer ever lovin pal can really help with that attacking every turn thing, and when you say 15 - 18, that's the part I think is key, so it probably has Reed.

I was also thinking Avengers theme, just because it's you, and Dr. Strange really helps with it being 15-18 possibly. IM/WM + Strange could be that, just that you said 16 figures... Power Pack theme?

Well, we will have this huge, green thing between us anyways. I don't plan on attacking you unless you plant someone in my face. If all goes well and I land hits every other turn, I should be dishing out 17 points before damage reducers and other things. Edit: Forgot about my feats for an additional 4 points of damage should I hit with everything.

Well, I have an idea what one of the figures will be. If so, then the team might be either Avengers, Illuminati, or S.H.I.E.L.D. I'm guessing S.H.I.E.L.D.

with 15 figs, I seriously doubt it's the illuminati... hmm, that's about 40 points average for a 600 pt team.. avengers is possible, but shield brings so many possibilities.

Well, my green lantern corp team got Fin in the end. Here was my team:
Abin Sur (GLC #003) w/ Monster Hunter.
Green Lantern (CD #051) w/ Monster Hunter and Spotter.
Green Lantern (Unleashed #083) w/ Monster Hunter.
Tomar Re (GLC #007) w/ Monster Hunter.
Diana Prince (LE #103).

The idea was to stay out of Fin's range and just hammer him with ranged attacks.
Problem early on the game was that my opponent placed Fin on the map where he was one square closer to my side than the other side. It kept me from firing off without being attacked back. So I had to traverse to the other side of the map and into the corners where I could start firing. The good side was that my opponent was hammering with his S.H.I.E.L.D. team (I was right in my guess) and staying out of Fin's range. Unfortunately, the Rampaging terrain effects had messed up his carefully thought out strategy. Moving his characters about and damaging some of them.
It was a close game. Disciple had one character left to fire but the range was halved after his last attack, the Storm was in effect. Denied, he had no choice but to pass after doing what he could. With that Storm effect going, I decided to push Kyle to tk Abin Sur into range and let Fin have it with both barrels. Turns out Fin had three clicks left and down he went!
In all, the scenario was fun but a real pain to keep track of what is going on. After a few turns of playing and seeing if we got the rules right, it went more smoothly. Took several restarts but we got it done.
