Hey guys,
To what extent may Super Powers affect multiple targets during a ranged combat action?
May my Unique Wasp shoot two people (as her lightening bolts allow) and Incapacitate both?
The rule book says damage is reduced to one, am I correct in assuming then RCE would not add 2 damage to each attack?
Finally, the Experienced Hawkwye has a Damage of 0, with RCE and 2 lightening bolts. How does that work? Does he GAIN the quantity of 1 Damage when attacking two targets?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
rowesbud

I have no clue about hawkeye's att (i think it does go up to 1 damage each), but EE, Incap, & posibly mind control & phycic blast can multiple target. EE is just sick w/ SHIELD backup & incap double shot is the only way to go with incap.

Unique wasp may use incapacitate two targets. RCE does not work with multiple shots. Hawkeye does do one damage when shooting at multiple targets.

In general you can use any power except RCE with two arrows.

if RCE worked w/ multiple targets Cyclops would be the most broken character in the game. Aside from blasting a whole team of firelords to bits he could take out whole sections of walls in a snap.

- Yes Wasp can Incapacitate 2 people with her two lightning bolt. (This is why people fear the dreaded DC combo of Batman and Nightwing, 2 have 2 lightning bolts and incapacitate...do the math :) )

- RCE can never be combined with ANY other power EXCEPT Probability Control.

- In the case of E Hawkeye you are right. When attacking a single target you use the RCE and deal a total of 2 points of damage. When attacking two targets your damage is set at 1. Dealing 1 point to each target.
