I have a DC-only tournament tomorrow and I need some help with a good team. Here are the two build rules:
1. 600 points worth of DC figures, no dupes except for no-names.
2. Your team must have no more than 7 figures.
I have all the non-LE figures, and a few LEs (Carter Hall, OWAW Superman, and Sinestro). Does anybody have any ideas for a good team with these guidelines? Thanks for your help!

Wow that is a new approach, sounds tough and... fun.
My suggestion would be to either play an OWAW Superman team, or be prepared to take the sucker down, and there's no fig better at that job than Darkseid.
Sorry if I didn't help much but I'm really sleepy. :(

Whatever you do, play with E (or V, I prefer E) Doomsday! He's just too much fun!

Interesting approach, definitely gives a lot of options. I'd agree that OWAW Supes is hard to match in a game with that many points. You might even get a chance to use his leadership, truly a unique experience.
I'd start with him as a heavy hitter/taxi. As for other figures, my first thought would be :
OWAW Superman
LE Carter Hall
Vet Nightwing
Exp Batman
Vet Dove
Exp Hawk
Vet Checkmate Medic
Great attack values, ability to deal lots of damage quickly, and mostly multi-use characters who can be versatile and adapt to different types of opponents easily. Lots of outwit and decent defenses. Most of the figures also can be independent, not necessarily needing a taxi, but with plenty available.
Exp Bats and Nightwing also make a great team for keeping a couple of problem opponents tied up almost indefinitely.

On the chance one of my opponents will read this, here is my original team and some notes:
OWAW Superman, 236 pts
U Darkseid, 151
V Weather Wizard, 50
V Swamp Thing, 93
V Hawkman, 48
V Checkmate Medic, 19
I had the Vet WW in there just in case I ran into Exp Batman. He could Force Blast him out into the open and let Darkseid or Supes take a ranged shot at him. If he doesn't move back into Stealth, WW has RCE and a 10 range, tied for the best in DC for a non-LE.
Supes and Darkseid are there for damage. Hawkman will charge and bring in Swampy (the brick). And the medic needs no explanation.
Unfortunately, I will have to limit myself to no more than 3 moves per turn to prevent over-pushing. Lots of wasted moves, especially considering Supes has Leadership down his dial.
Anyone else have any suggestions?

Can any one give me some hints to beat this team in case I play against good ole' Funky J? ;)

Anyone have any last minute suggestions before I head out?

Yeah,
Never forget that OWAW Superman completely tools all them Bat Folk! So you probably won't really need Weather Wizard...
Maybe you could replace WW with a faster, more straightforward taxi and give yourself enough room to add a perplexer as the 7th member of your squad... (I'd even downgrade Swampy if I had to, or switch him out for Bane, up to you.)
Perplex should help you a lot since you aren't relying on any "expert" powers.
Hope this helps,

I went with...
OWAW Superman
U Darkseid
V Hawkman
V Bane
V Checkmate Medic
R Riddler
R Harley Quinn
for exactly 600 pts. I went 2-2, but I made a stupid move in my first game so it should have been 3-1. Oh well, at least my son took 2nd.
Thanks for the help, everyone!
