But seriously, why hand ninjas and diana prince? what are you gaining, or what is your thought process on that?

Well I'm going more for fun rather than an actual strategy. I would use the Sentinel of the Skyways to hide behind and shoot with Diana Prince to perplex and the Hand Ninjas are never bad to field.

the GotG ATA is 5pts, not 4. The idea, I guess, is to park Groot in hindering and when people come to attack him, ambush them with free action attacks by the ninjas. This team would wirk a lot better with Nightcrawler to bring the enemy to you and a cheap OWer or another perplexer to help get NC's attacks to stick.

razzed1 already said it, but just to clarify the Guardians of the Galaxy ATA went from 4 points to 5 when they released the PG after BatB.

He's trying to te11 a story. Some random hero is out for a stro11 when a11 he spots what 1ooks 1ikes this massive o1d growth tree. He's somewhat of a treenut and decides to 1ook up and admire this unusua1 tree when a11 of a sudden these ninja pop out of it's branches and attack him! Then Si1ver Surfer smacks him with his surf board upside his head and stea1s his pants.
Diana Prince is there for the fo11ow up doctors visit.

To Build a team around Groot and not at least consider including Rocket Racoon is a sin. Might not be the most competitive choice, but I've been waiting to feild them together since HoT came out with Rocket Raccoon. Plus a little rodent with PC and a gun is always cool.

you need extra mobility. In my suggestion below, Vector's telekinesis and/or Nightcrawler's SP gets opposing characters close enough for Groot and Spider-Man to slam:

i think there is a law that states that u have to run rocket racoon w/ Groot so how about this:

I think next sets buy it by the brick should be a duo fig of rocket with an unnecessarily large gun perched up on groots shoulder
