Eddie Izzard mafia!

Rules... stolen from HavokAndChaos, since everyone is doing it, and from loganspeedo who stole it from other people, and then modified a little.

This is a mafia game! There are two primary groups the first is the town, an uninformed (don’t know who each other are) majority whose general objective is to eliminate all threats to the town and the second is the mafia, an informed (know who each other are) minority whose general objective is to eliminate all threats to them (the largest being the town.) There may be other groups or individuals with other objectives. Every day phase players may post in this thread and vote to lynch (remove from game) one player in the hopes that it is beneficial to their ultimate objective.

This game will be more complicated than what's described there, as nearly everyone has some sort of 'special thing' about them. Doesn't mean everyone has a night power, but you never know...
2) When you vote, please do so by saying Vote: [Player] in bold. If you wish to change your vote, please say Change Vote: [Player] instead.
3) You may NOT send a PM to anyone about this game unless your role explicitly says you can. This is cheating.
4) Do NOT edit your posts in this thread. This is cheating.
5) Please do not copy-and-paste anything from any PM I send you to the thread. This is also cheating.
6) Please do not post in this thread after you are killed. While not cheating, this is rather tacky and leads to a cranky moderator.
7) It is in your best interest to try and post when you are able to do so.
8) Phases are 24 hours long during the week and 36 hours during the weekend unless stated otherwise. That doesn't mean you have to use all that time though... the sooner I get night actions the sooner the game can reopen.
9) If you do not send in a night action I will make you my ##### for the night. Exactly what that means may vary. Randomization, modkill, or just screwing around with you... who knows? Even if you do not want to do anything that particular night you should tell me so.
10) You will only be told your action failed if you are expecting a return PM.
11) Remember that this is just a game. Have fun and behave.

Somewhere in Austria a struggling painter was doing his best in a park.
“Can't... quite... get... the flowers... right... Dammit!”. He snapped his paint brush “I will...” Suddenly, he was interrupted by a voice from above.
“No, no, I can see where this is going, and it is not pretty. I think it's time for an intervention – better for almost everyone.”
A gigantic hand descended from the heavens. A divine finger was flicked. People around the park were very impressed by this expression of heavenly will.
“My... where did his head go?”
“I don't know... probably landed in Salzburg somewhere...”
“Why are we speaking English?”
“Because the mod doesn't remember much of his high school German, and even if he could write our dialogue in German most of the players wouldn't understand it anyway. English is easier for everyone.”
“Oh, right. So what do we want to do with the body?”
“Throw it in a ditch, cover it in petrol, and light it on fire?”
“Yeah, that sounds like fun!”

Yes, I know it has only been 23 hours since the game opened. However, since I want to go to bed and there's not much happening here I'm closing it early. Deal with it.
Matches were arranged.
Doors were opened.
People were going "Oh... I'm... oh... oh." in that typical subsumed British way.
Spectators were unsure of when to eat popcorn. Some of them were famished, and started longing for a space monkey attack.
As darkness slowly shrouded the town, everyone was well aware that things were about to get interesting.

As darkness slowly descended over the town, a ball of fluffy fur walked confidently down an ancient corridor. Soon, it heard the familiar sound of a bell in the distance. “Oh, it's the doctor”, it thought to itself. “Such excellent training I have given him - he seeks me out at mealtimes, no matter where I may be, just to get a chance to ring that precious bell of his.”.
Very soon, however, the feline realized something was wrong. There was a rhythmic rapping against the ancient stone floor that sounded nothing like the doctor's footsteps. The sound came closer... closer... Suddenly, the cat looked into a toothy grin and realized that while dinner was indeed served... he was the meal. Or possibly the appetizer.

Nearby, a small but well-dressed creature was making its way through the woods. Suddenly, it heard a rustling among the leaves. All its instincts, both natural and aquired through training, kicked into overdrive. Lightning fast, it drew the trusty service pistol. “Who's there? You got a banana?” it called out.
A single shot rang out and a small body slumped to the ground.

A man was careening at dangerously high speeds down the narrow city streets, with pedestrians throwing themselves left and right out of his way. However, there was one that would not budge. Delighted, the speedfreak opened his mouth.
“Cia....”
He did not even notice the blow that ended his life before he could finish that single word. Newton's law of motion is a funny thing though: The scooter did not even notice that it's driver was now missing a head, and continued on its merry path until it crashed into a brick wall.
The crowd was stunned. A pudgy man wearing a bowler hat saw his chance and leapt atop the assailant's back. However, none of the myriad nerve-pinching techniques he knew seemed to have any effect whatsoever on the raging warrior, and he was soon flung from the mighty man's back, and had a sword thrust through his chest.

Once the spectators had recovered from the shock of seeing two men brutally murdered, they decided to dig out the driver's body among the rubble and retrieve his head. However, once they did they made a final ghastly discovery.
“Oh my god! They killed Jeff!”
“You bassteds!”
When melancholy set in, they started remembering all his great deeds.
“He invented fire, you know. Named it after himself, too.”
“Yeah, and he programmed all the computers in the Pentagon!”
“Remember when he became secretary general of the United Nations?”
“Oh yeah. Was that when he ran the Death star?”
“I don't think he ever did that.”
“No, maybe you are right. I may be thinking of his brother. That anthrax mail order firm he used to have was not his best idea though”
And so on and so on and so on. The citizens of the town were so busy remembering all of Jeff's great deeds (a few of which might actually have happened), that they couldn't concentrate properly and get someone lynched.

normalview was a princess role, meaning that when he died, the town became too sad to lynch anyone. We literally cannot achieve lynch today.

The warrior stood on guard. There was nothing in particular in his vicinity that really needed guarding, but since he was stuck where he was he might as well at least pretend to be useful.
Suddenly, he became aware of a tall shape watching him from the shadows.
“Hello!”, the warrior said. “Could you come over here please?”
“Why?” the shape asked
“Well, I want to show you something...”
“What is it?”
“I can't show you unless you come over here...”
“Oh, all right, I'm coming...”
The warrior smirked as the shape approached. As soon as it was close enough, he drew his sword and swung it at the shape... only to have it slide out of his hand and skid across the ground.
“Ouch!” a squat shape in the shadows said. “What did you do that for?”
“I'm terribly sorry. It just slipped out of my hand... Could I have it back please?”
“I was trying to sleep you know, and then you come hurling sharp objects at me...”
“Again, terribly sorry. Could I have it back please?”
“Why should I give it back? You stabbed me!”
“Only by mistake...”
“Yeah, but you were going to stab him!”
“Well, yeah, but...”
“Tell you what we are going to do. My friend over there is going to come over here, and once we are out of reach I will slide the sword back to you. Does that sound good?”

The two shapes met in the shadow, returned the sword to its rightful owner, and then together went to find a safer place to spend the night.

Elsewhere, a rotund being was returning home, quite excited about today's work. “This will be so much fun!” he muttered to himself as he stepped across the pebbles of the beach towards his lair.

“Not you again!” he exclaimed. He knew right then and there that his time had ended prematurely – there was no escape.

“Experiment? What sort of experiment?” one of the men asked.
“Vell, I vould like you to swallow this golf ball, then I'm going to hit you in the head with this frying pan...”
“Nonsense!” one of the well-dressed men exclaimed. “That's not science! What do you plan to achieve?”
“Vell, a well-aimed blow should dislodge the golfball...”
“Allright, let's try it.” the other well-dressed man said. “But you'll be the guinea pig!”
Suddenly, the man of science found himself held in a firm grip while the well-dressed men forced him to experience his own experiment first hand. Very soon, he asphyxiated.
“Just as I thought” one of the well-dressed men said.
“Another one bites the dust!” added the other.

A robed man was out searching the forest after things that were easiest to find at night. He heard a rustling in the bushes, and immediately started moving towards the sound.
A single shot rang out and the robed man fell to the ground. Footsteps were heard, and the roar of an engine in the distance.
As the robed man lay there bleeding, a pale man happened to come across him.
“There's nothing to worry about. I'm here.” he said as he picked up the robed man and carried him away.

They are, I don't have feelings. I do my job during the night and act accordingly during the day. Take it as truth or not. This is a game of lying after all.

The fact that I haven't been killed by either side yet should tell you that no one sees me as a threat, and rightly so. A cop with information isn't nearly as dangerous as a Vigilante. A cop who has executed a town member(sorry szude) has no credibility for recommending future lynchings. The Mafia members have other priorities and the town has no proof that I am Mafia. If I was, I figure someone would have come forward and lynched me by now.
