Out of DC and Marvel, which has had the best cartoon universe? This means ALL the cartoons from the history. From the first, which was the Fleischer Superman episodes (correct me if I am wrong), to the current of JL, Static Shock, and X-Men evolution.
I think it is DC, just because of the fact that Superman and Batman(who have gained a new audience through these cartoons) are in the top ten of the most recognized fictional characters in the WORLD!(Read that somewhere, but I cant remember where. Correct me if I am wrong) Plus, the cartoons have always been easier to follow, yet very engrosing as well.
Thanks
eaisier to follow? are you mad? i strained my noggin to get that queen of fables story, and the id story, and the dr destiny story (all in jla: divided we fall, check it!)! dc is getting complicated, with all that magic and cosmic power and stuff. marvel is more down to earth, i feel.

This forum is for the cartoons on TV. Which company has produced the better cartoons on TV. Sorry if I didnt clarify enough.
I am a huge fan of JLA Superman and Batman as well as Batman beyond, Static Shock is ok, as far as Marvel goes they seem to shoot themselves in the foot. The first X-men show was awesome if anyone remembers it, came out around the same time as Spider-Man and his amazing freinds. That X-men show fraggin' awesome. The Fox series had some ok episodes but for the most part i thought it blew chunks. The Fantastic Four cartoon was great they followed the Inhumans saga extremely well not to mention cameos, Silver Surfer, Ghost Rider and a few others. The Fox Spider-Man show had some really good episodes as well, they did a decent job on Carnage but ruined Venom and Morbius. All in all i think Dc and Marvel even out, DCis still trying to s bury the whole Superfreinds and Wonder twin's facade from the 70s, dear lord those shows were awful. As for Marvel they have done a fantastic job with X-men Evolution, nice art good stories and bringing a cool human quality back to the characters, as apposed to making them spandex clad freaks.
