Phasing and flying

can somebody who has phasing carry somebody who doesn't through say a wall. i just wanted to know

settle this...can a character with ONLY PHASING carry anybody? my friend says yes, i say no, only those who can fly AND phase

only flyers may carry other figs.A flier with phase may carry another through a wall.

Any flyer can carry a figure. Any figure with Phasing can move through walls. A flyer with Phasing can carry people through walls.
