So I got started on fixing the figures from the Noble team pack, which were fine sculpt-wise (excluding Jun's clipped barrel) but had mediocre to just plain bad paint jobs. I included shots of the game renders as well, which were the reference pictures I used while painting them.

Here's Carter, Noble Team's leader:

Next up is Six, the lead character. He's pretty boring, overall, but the armor did need to be a lot darker:

Here's Emile. I didn't think to do before/after shots until I'd already painted him, so you don't get a comparison unfortunately:

Here's a close-up of the death's head on his mask:

Kat:

Jorge, the heavy weapons specialist. I was actually overall pretty pleased with his paint job, the only work I did was to change that chest-harness thing to a orange color instead of the yellow it came in, and I did a little wear and tear on the edges of his armor:

And lasly, Jun. The first is a picture of my solution for the sniper rifle which, in their infinite wisdom, Wizkids decided to clip off so that they could place him elsewhere in the package and he would fit. Anyways, here he is:

And here's the before/after/reference shot:

These look pretty awesome. I wish my Emile looked like that.

Very nice. I'm planning something similar for Jun, once I'll get the set :)

Updated the first post with the whole team. For some reason, when I was putting together the before & after shots, I put all but Jun's in the wrong order, so in case you couldn't tell (I sure hope you can!) the left shot is "after", the middle is "before", and the right is the reference picture.
