If Marvel: Black Panther-V (46 pts.). Leap/Climb, B/C/F, and Outwit (on the front end of the Dial).

You could always go with a Red Skull or a Captain America-E if no have a BP!

i was gonna say V aquaman, before i noticed u mentioned u dont do mixed and u dont do dc, not bad tho for 41 points, SS, Leadership, JLA team ability. hey, what do i know

it's in a marvel battle plans section, and he said he doesn't do mixed... as for the answer, V Black panther is a good suggestion. E Doc Oc would be good as well, he gains SS on his second click, and he has perplex and willpower. V Blade is an allright choice due to stealth and B/C/F.

If you rework your points just a little(maybe downgrade a medic), you can get E logan for 49pts : stealth, regeneration,and (according to me) one of the greatest combo in the game: bcf+flurry for 1 (with no luck) to 12 clicks of damage!
Problem is : e logan just have one click of that combo, and it's hard to keep him on that click. ( take a look at the Vet version, he has 2 clicks of the combo for just 11 pts more than the exp)

any of the blades would work. or experienced blob, with 4 clicks of toughness, one of charge, and 2 clicks of incapacitate combined with an ok attack works well as a late game wildcard.

V Wolfsbane, just push her and look at those values. She's only 39 points so you could even get a Thug for the change. And never knock the Thug, my V Thug once defeated a well beaten E Ultron to win a game for me.

The Unique Electra suggestion was good. I would also recommend a Rookie Logan or Vet Whirlwind. Vet Whirlwind has flurry with 3 damage! Rookie Logan has blades/claws/fangs and flurry (at different clixes though). Electra has a great attck (11) and blades/claws/fangs and stealth. Whatever you pick, good luck!

my response is this:

Dude, you have to tell us what the rest of the team is. Sure, all the suggestions made would be decent for any team (except vet BP. Get the rookie, he has stealth and is cheaper) but to maximize the effect, every character needs to be placed in order to combo with at least two other characters (or the remaining team, if you have less than three). If you use that strategy in ANY game, your guarenteed more success than your short sighted opponents who's game rests upon a single series of events occuring, instead of being able to change it up when neccesary.
