Yay...after the (I felt) succesful Clobberin' Time! mafia game, I've decided to continue the story I'm building up, to see if that kinda thing can work. This could potentially cover every single Heroclix set! :laugh:
Anyway.
Next up is Sinister!

PROLOGUE
Icy winds rattled the bones of those walking across the stretch of land. The waves were crashing hard on both sides of the tiny island.
“Wait, hold-up.” said one of the people braving the weather. “This is where we’re to wait.”
“Agh! It’s ####ing freezing in this ####-hole! Who lives here?” barked someone.
“Taking “here” to mean the country…a good few million.” responded a calmer person.
The chatter stopped as a helicopter was heard, only just, above the waves and wind. It landed nearby, causing the group of people to scatter.
Out of it stepped a well-kept woman and some underlings, seemingly oblivious to the weather in their protective suits.
“You the boss lady?!” shouted someone from the group over the wind.
“You bet I am. It’s that building over there. You know what to do.”
“Well, not really…Why here?”
She signalled to her men, and they brought out a body bag. The contents, alive or dead, were a mystery. She indicated for the disgruntled group to take possession of the bag, which they did.
“Keep that safe. No questions asked, maintain complete control of the situation, no lethal force. But make it look lethal.” she quietly replied, before stepping back into the helicopter. “I’m leaving a few people to look over you. You won’t see them if they’re doing their jobs right. Fail me, and there will be consequences.”
The helicopter moved off and out of sight.
The group were perplexed, but the pay was great. A few shrugs and mutters and the group suited up, and made their way to the large building on the near horizon.

It doesn't matter if you didn't play in Pt 1: Clobberin' Time, only vague story elements will carry over, play wise, I imagine. And I'll probably recap in any case for the sake of it at the start of the game.
