i just pulled one -- anyone have any good advice on how to best use him?... maybe with a squad of PD?

Best use: Don't

Seriously though, he's not that great of a piece. For competative play there are dozens of better choices for what he can do. If you want to play him for fun his best use is amongst some police units (keeping Metropolis SCU close by to Mastermind damage onto to be reduced by their toughness). He's also a reasonable option for cheap leadership.

I think that's about the best I can give you...

thanks -- that's about what i thought. i was thinking about giving him to a friend who really likes to play with a large mass of PD sometimes.
