If you have not heard of this guy, it is because i created im. dont worry, we wont have antehr completly overpowered guy like "death monger", i think this guy is pretty good and not to powerful. also, could someone run it through the poin generator for me?

the story on this guy:
(most of this will not make sense, so bear with me cuz these are all charecters i created)
poisin used to be a normal genetically modified snake living in a normal animal genetics labratory. poisin (then known as bobbet) was a crossbreed between a black mamba and a diamondback. during his creation, a slight discoloration was made in his scales, making him bright orange. what was interesting about poisin/bobbet was the fact that at will, he could spit a very deadly poisan from his mouth. if this poisan got into any pore in the human body, it could kill them (mouth, eyes, nose, ears, a cut, etc.). one fateful night, a few quite skinney men in black coats broke into the lab, stealing bobbet. bobbet was placed in an airtight cage (except for one hole connected to an oxygen tank), and the next morning woke up outisde on a grassy knoll. when he arose, he amazed himself by speaking english! he looked at himself. before his was the size of a small pencil. now, he was about the size of a full-grown human being. and he had arms! each arm was big and muscular, and his fingers had short, pointy nails sticking out, that resembled bone. without his knowledge, he had been genetically modified some more, this time with some human dna! (that's what he thought, anyway. what really happened was magical modification, merging his person with a human. an evil demon named Skull Face had ordered it to happen, and with Skull Face's magical power, and a bit of science, Poisin became the world's most deadly snake.) Poisin's powers are: the spitting poisan, strength (about 15 tons), and his nails are laced with a very strong magical acid, capable of cuttin g thrugh anything except bone and snake scales (why? it's magic, ya dimwit!). Poisin uses his power to terrorize the populace as a distraction so Skull Face can properly execute his world-wide destruction plans, which are always stopped by Cortex, the powerful telekinetic-telepathic super hero.
