Xplosion is coming out in March, 26 and Wizkids is already going to work on another Marvel Expansion Where the HELL is the Dc Expansion, will we ever have any Rumors or Pineapples or are Wizkids just slowly trying to get Dc gone?

Well, last I heard for DC was May or June so I'm sure we'll be getting some more speculation in a month or two after the Xplosion fervor dies down. Just because they are working on another Marvel set doesn't mean they aren't also working on DC stuff.

Besides, if Time-Warner ever got around to getting a film developed for one of their five bajillion characters maybe there would be a greater reasoning to rush the product to the market. ;)

(Still hyped for the Teen Titans cartoon though!)

Jon L mentioned the playtesting for the next DC set in his last interview, so we know it's coming. We haven't received an official release date - some sources say May/June, some say July/August. But it is coming this summer either way.

And while they don't have as wide a distribution as a feature film, I think that DC's animated shows (especially Batman, but also JL & the others) are some of the best adaptions of comics to screen ever. Which is one of the reasons I'm hyped about the Titan's cartoon too.

DC will be out in June and Indyclix will be out in September according to the Wizkids 2003 product catalog.

My guess is, they are always working on the next expansions for DC and Marvel (and Indy.) Every time they sit down and write out a set, there are going to be characters who get bumped or they just can't worl out yet or what have you. That's where the new list starts.

Yup it was confirmed at Envot appreciation at Megacon that " Cosmic Justice " is in june and Sept for Indy clix.

I think someone who was at the Toyfair in the UK reported the name of the set. I don't think we've gotten official confirmation from WizKids yet, but people who were there say that's what was said.

kraven - The next DC expansion will be called Cosmic Justice. In March we'll get Marvel's Xplosion. Your post said HeroClix was working on another Marvel set (NOT Cosmic Justice or Xplosion). Where did you hear this & can you expand on this?

Indy- getting ready for playtesting Releasing September/October

Marvel's next set- in the early stages, probably who and the powers they will have being decided. Releasing November/December

They'd be shooting themselves in the foot with this late of a release unless they 'pre-release' at the summer conventions. I think that the cons will be the big sales for this set.

Well i hope a Green lantern movie comes out, Marvel has been kicking Dc's but in the box office like crazy, but i went to comi2films.com and all of the dc movies are on the shelf and Daredevil 2 and Spiderman 2 are all ready going to production!

I think they will be focusing on the DC set this summer, and will let the Indy set stand on its own, since it is the first Indy set. Unless the conventions are in August and September, then Indy will probably be shown and maybe pre released like Xplosion.
