Simple Perplex Issues

I know, I'm stupid. Sowwie. Now, knowing that, could u please help me with these simple things;

1) Can you use perplex more than once for one value if it's used by different characters?

Ex: V Con Artist, Enchantress, and Mojo all have R Elektra (CT) in range, lets say she attacks somone at range, because she has RCE she deos 3 damage. Okay, can Mojo, Con Artist, and Enchantress ALL perplex her damage up one, making her damage rating 4, plus 2, for a total of 6?

2) Does it take an action to perplex?

EX: Mojo has 2 action tokens, and wants to boost R Elektras damage to 2 instead of 1, can he?

1. Yes you can do that but you can not use perplex with RCE
2. Perplex does not cost an action

Can one perple the damage of EE...

When you EE, your damage drops to one, can one perplex the damage to 2 and then do the EE???

No you cannot purplex energy explosion the purplex takes place before the action, and EE the action reduces damage to 1
