What's missing? Ideas for Victor Mancha

I'm trying to make my Victor Mancha look more like he does in the comics and less like a goober that holds fireballs.
My books are packed for a move but the image in my head is bassically his first appearance when he turns the bleachers into a giant Robot arm.

I feel he's missing something still. Metal scraps maybe?
Have I gone to far with his powers?
Shoulders will be painted to match shirt when finished (torn sleeves)

Any Suggestions? Thanks

Yeah some bleacher parts lying on the base would look really cool. Thats about the only idea I can thing of. Great job so far!
