Posting same info here for those who may miss it in the Cons section:
Date Sunday 10/17/2010 at 12 pm in Open Gaming.
Let's Do What they Did (in NYC) Taken from the NYC CC Gaming Thread:
500 pts Golden Age. Bring a theme team. An actual, honest to god theme team. Not...they are all martial artists. I'm talking comic book themes. If it's questionable, bring a comic book appearance. ( i like this idea.)
1 feat per team. No Warbound.
No figures over 300 points (unless you've got a really good reasoning for it)
BFCs Chosen at Random for all tables. (so the same BFC will be ineffect for everyone for that round.)
No entry fee
Bring a tired old LE or SR or U, and We'll put em into a pot for prizes.
ALSO:
Saturday evening pick up games just for fun at the Prudential Center food court which is next to the Hynes Convention Center. I would say in the regular open gaming but I haven't been able to find out from Wizards the hours of operation for the Open Gaming room. if anyone knows the hours we can move it back there. The Prudential Food court is open till 9pm. I would say start time around 5 pm (after the Batman and Robin Q&A), everyone should plan on brining a Golden Age 300 pt team. Maybe we can just get some massive group games going.
UPDATE: Boo! just found out there is no Open Gaming like the other WW cons for Boston. We'll have to play the Sunday game at the Food Court next door again. So Saturday and Sunday we would have to play in the Food Court at the Prudential Center. I have spoken with the Prudential people and they said that it's a public space so it was no problem to play there.
