What characters can do some standard action as a free action instead?

I am wanting to put a list together of characters that can do some normally standard action (power, move, combat) or attack as a free action instead (given special circumstances). I saw a team recently that uses a GL to taxi Lamppost Bats and 4 Hand Ninjas, then as a free action Bats lays down smoke, and as a free action the Hand Ninjas make a close combat attack from the shadows.

There are a handful of people who can use barrier as a free action, but I can only think of Trigon specifically (though he can't be taxied), but I would like to know who can avoid the NAAT rule. Any help?

Iron Man can Force Blast for free.

Along the lines of Zoom and Flurry is AA Flash and Quake.

Spider-Hulk can use Quake as a free action after he moves if he becomes adjacent to three or more enemy figures on one of his special powers.

Cosmic Spider-Man gets RCE as a free action after hitting a character with FB.

He can also use TK as a free action after a successful Incap hit.

Technically everyone with Charge/RS can make an action as a free action (I know these are different circumstances though).

I guess what I am really trying to find are people who can make a normal action as a free action, possibly under special circumstances, but after they have been carried.

Riddler can attack using Incap after being taxied and Wally West can use Force Blast after being carried (it also helps that they can both do these on their first clicks). It could be interesting if someone puts double time on Lockjaw carrying Wally, then having Wally Force Blast the opponent closer (or off a building). The Incap thing with multiple Riddlers could be very annoying, especially is combined with Lexniac/double-timed. The only problem with both of those scenarios is those pieces are so expensive.

E2 Superman can free action attack anyone he's next to.
