I'm attending a 300 point must have at least one monster tourny this weekend and i'm having some trouble deciding how to round out this team
Rampaging Hulk
HoT Cap
= 200
both the thing and iron man are 100 points even, and i'm having trouble deciding between the two.
which do you think i should use? or, should i abandon them and look for 2 cheaper figs?
i'd say iron man so that you have some flight/carry.

also, no-one can make us of thing's Fantasic 4 ta, that said, a mad idea could be do ditch Cap, and have thing and SI Spider-man, which would give the ta some use AND allow you to add rip-it-up for 20 pts.. considering how much object abuse that would give you.. just make sure to use spidey as your ranged character.. (bit daft I know)
I assume you're going for a theme-ish team. If not, I'd take Storm over Ironman and Thing. Otherwise, Do you have Nick Fury? He provisdes great support for Cap with both Outwit and Perplex. Also, some Stealth.

Sadly, i don't have the Hoff nick fury, just the sam jackson version.
looking at other 100 point figs, other choices are young superman, the old Dark Knight con exclusive, Kristoff, Yellowjacket, and some more.
I don't have Storm, so i still the the best choices are the thing or Iron Man.
I think i'll go with iron man for the flight/carry (as was mentioned above)
use ironman. He fits your team better and gives you more options
If you're using Golden Age, I've always wanted to try this Brute Team with Rampagin Hulk:
Hulk
-Double Time
Thing
-Unstopable
Pip
That's 280 points leaving you 20 more for Feats or Bystanders, Sgt Steel and Amanda Waller or Amadeus Cho.
The Hulk moves 20 and Quakes. Then PIP and be placed next to Hulk and any foe with Toughness or Invuln for a free attack.

I say Ironman... like others say he gives you more options. Basically let hulk be your up close attacker then have both Cap and Ironman run and gun. Keeping in mind that Ironman's primary goal would be to make sure that no one bases Cap, cause from experience once he takes 2 clixs of damage Cap becomes a normal peice so you want to keep him on his top 2 clixs as long as possible.
To me Caps strength is in his first 2 clixs (not to sure about his third clix) once knocked off them then its time to switch gears and use him as close combat piece.

If you can base the enemy figure quick id use Thing.
