NECA just picked up the international license (http://www.actionfigurepics.com/2010/10/universal-licensing-deals-mattel-gets-back-to-the-future-and-neca-says-hello-to-my-little-friend) for Scarface "action figures and accessories." Can "miniature game" be far behind? :p

Who wouldn't love some Special Powers like:
