Do you think we'll ever see a Cartoon Morph in clix form?

Prolly not. Clix havn't ever really done any of the cartoon iterations, its always the comics in one form or another. We have AoA morph, and truthfully while he looks different, hes a shape shifter! His look on his base really doesn't matter much :>
No interest. I hope they don't, It would take up a slot for a comic fig that needs done.

While they share the same name, their powers vary drastically. Cartoon Morph is more like Mystic from New Exiles.
Didn't you hear? They already made him. He just appears to be Howard the Duck at the moment. Crazy Shapeshifter!

Dang it! I need to pay more attention.

Yeah, don't tell Turdburglar, but he is currently masquerading as Bi-Beast. Boy is he going to be pissed when he finds out that his favorite figure wasn't actually made!

Not a fan of cartoon Morph, after being introduced to AoA/Exiles Morph, at least.

I would assume that there'd be some licensing issues with Fox on getting a cartoon-Morph. And I like the Exiles Morph better anyway. But I voted "I'd like to see one, but it's not gonna happen," as honestly I'd like to see every character EVER get a Heroclix made of them.

Exiles Morph is the best by far, though the Mutations & Monsters version left a lot to be desired.

I probably shouldn't have included option 5.
Well this isn't going to happen so why don't we figure out who has a dial that would work for him and what clix mods the easiest into him.

He gets one click. And no sculpt... unless it's him being blasted by a Sentinel
He gets one click. And no sculpt... unless it's him being blasted by a Sentinel
He has to sream "WOLVERINE FALL BACK, FALL BACK"
then come back and leave then come back then leave
and after all that Wolverine runs away again

Ah, haters can hate but I would love to see my cartoons made into clix. If it weren't for the '91 Marvel cards and the 90s cartoons, I wouldn't give a rip about any of this marvel junk. I'd still be flyin' around in Superman PJs.

It'd basically just be a chameleon remake and while he's fine we don't need another one

Fair enough, have at it. I was thinking XP Mystique maybe. As for the sculpt, I still love the custom someone did for me a while back . The one in my avatar is Beast boy from HT repainted to look like Morph shifting to look like Beast.

I have to agree here, man. I started collecting in '91 with the relaunch.

Hmm, maybe, but Morph is not a flyer nor does he have plasticity, poisin, or BCF.
I like your custom sculpt, could you post a larger picture of it?

No idea if they ever will. His rights are likely far different than a regular Marvel Character, I'd wager.
In a post Street Fighter world, why not? I think the lines between what should and what shouldn't are gone.
Ninja Turtles, Casper the Friendly Ghost, Kool-Aid Man, Tekken, bring them all on, I guess...

Rookie Sydney Savage from Indy for the dial. I would have said the exp, but You don't get Super senses for dieing in the first episode.

I'd like him to have a four range with incap for the gas gun and a dial that shows when he actually started using his powers after being resurrected by sinister (90'schild here). Don't think it will happen though
I know morph in the cartoon was pretty terrible but R sydney savage is worthless. At least morph almost did something once or twice.

Quick question.
AoA Morph is the same Morph as Exiles Morph right?
And while it's in my head,
In AoA there is a character that pulls victims into himself and feeds off them. I believe he was called Abyss. Who is his counterpart in the real Marvel U? I assume Cloak.
Feel free to Pm me if you know as to not derail this topic.

I thought I gave him a lot of credit. Danger girl ability plus opening stealth? Incap cause he needs to be sorta useful somehow. 25pts.
I honestly didn't look at numbers but I assume she throws 8s from the start? That sounds about right. Maybe an opening 9.
First click should have perplex IMO

actually Exiles Morph is another MOrph from a world where he was a member of the avengers, but since they have the same costume, manners and powers you can easily sub them with each other, I would play Morph in an AoA Team
Abyss counterpart in 616 is well...abyss. he is Nightcrawlers half brother (same dad) he appeared in the X-Corps-Arc, in X-Factor and the much beloved (not really) Draco-Arc
@topic
since I have fond memories of the 90s X-Men Cartoon I would love to have that Morph but I could also live with just having them make a 616 Changeling (who is the original character Morph was based of) and put him in my x-Men teams....even if he has a stupid hat

I never watched the 90's X-Men cartoon, so I don't have an opinion on the matter.
However, given that we have Batman Beyond in Clix - why not Morph?

I forget what the Danger Girl TA does. Is it the Skrull ability? If so, I'd say the only thing missing is a tad more range and a click of perplex.

Dunno. One of the reasons that I didn't watch Marvel cartoons in the 90's (Spider-Man, FF, X-Men, etc) is that the voice acting was pretty awful. Didn't Wolverine have an Aussie accent, or something of the sort? About the funniest clip I have ever seen, though, is when someone took the Juggernaut episode of X-Men and re-dubbed it with the whole "I'm the Juggernat, B@TCH!!" schtick.
On the other hand, I did love Batman TAS and Superman TAS. My kids watch them on DVD and greatly enjoy them. They're also big fans of Justice League and Justice League Unlimited. What can I say? I am raising a couple of DC fans.
The Australian wolverine is from a pilot episode of an x-men cartoon that never made it past that episode. The 90's cartoon voice acting isn't bad, but the animation is kind of cheap. Sometimes they are just moving their arms up and down for no reason. I still have all 5 of the DVDs and watch them every once in a while.

pg3wg is right about the Aussie Wolverine. And in all honesty, that pilot is hilarious for a number of reasons. One of which is that when they get to confront the Brotherhood on Asteroid M, they have this thing where they all match up in 1-on-1 fights. Colossus vs Juggernaut, Blob vs Nightcrawler, etc. Then the group would move on as the 1-on-1 battles distract that brotherhood member. Well when Wolverine fights Toad, he traps him in a cave really quick and then just stands there while the group moves on.

Nope. he'll never get made. He was a made for cartoon character and his only comic appearences came in the X-Men Animated comic series. He's such an obscure character and really doesn't fit into the X-Men mythos at all. Chances of seeing him made are slim to none, and I would rather see just about any other X-character made.

Who's going to care if they do?
The clix franchise needs to explore more options to attract an even bigger audience.
The first sign that this is the future of Heroclix is the announcement that there will be Street Fighter set of clix.
I suggest that everyone gets used to the idea of non-comic originated pieces.
There's always the alternative, not to buy. :)

How the crap should I know?
I've finally gotten around to rewatching the '90s X-Men cartoon on DVD over the past week thanks solely to the GSX reveal and, dang, I'd forgotten how unbelievably annoying cartoon Morph is. Every time he laughs it makes a part of me regret ever buying the DVDs. Thankfully, every moment w/o him in it is fantastic. Otherwise, I'd want my money back.
In short, I definitely don't want to see him in Clix, but I have absolutely no ability to predict what will or won't be made into a Clix figure, so there's not really much point in me thinking about it.

I voted that I'd LOVE to see him, but I don't think it will happen. Yes, he was in the comics based on the X-Men cartoon, but I don't know that they'll go through with getting the rights to make this one figure. It took the people at Toy Biz how long to finally make the action figure of him (which I have over yonder on my chest of drawers), and that was back when he was fairly hot and new?
That said, I certainly wouldn't argue against having one. Give him some Shape Change/Perplex special power goodness with either Defend or with Silk Spectre I's self-defend power. A mid-dial non-optional special power change up to Brotherhood team symbol instead of his default X-team symbol, with accompanying Stealth, would be merited, before a change back to his usual stuff back dial. Maybe 5-6 clicks long. Maybe 60-75 points?
Like I say, I'd like to see him, but I don't know that it'll happen.

I'm happy with the Exiles Morph we got in Mutations and Monsters. A 90's X-Men Animated Series version would be interesting, although he'd require a SP similar to Parasite and Super Adaptoid, which would inflate his cost.

I was thinking something with a shorter dial for 40pts or so.

40 points, shorter dial. . . that could work, too. :)
