Hello all,
Apocalypse Comics will be running a New Guy Night to help better introduce some of our newer players to the joy that is Heroclix! There will be a LOT of prizes and a lot of help provided for any players that are new to the game or just new to the venue.
The date is October 30th at 12:00 noon.
The game is going to be a two-booster, 400 point sealed game. Boosters will be $10 each and you have your choice between WOS, Arkham Asylum, Secret Invasion, Justice League, and Avengers booster packs.
Some of the prizes to be distributed:
A full set of WOS LE's- Will be won one piece at a time
A full set of HOT LE's- Will be won one piece at a time
HOT BIBTB Ragnorok Surtur
B&TB LE Diana Prince
A variety of must-have pieces for players with new collections. Among them will be JL OOTS Batman, AA Zoom, SI Namor, Red Ring Icons Superman and others...
Every new player (new to the game or new to the shop!) will also be given one, professionally printed, Halloween map (The Center of the Earth) designed from the folks at Grid Reality. dkrmguy has started to print on a different glossy paper and says they print even better than his old ones! *note* After playing on the maps I can attest that they look great!
