anyone going? anyone planning to play? there is a small comic shop actually in the convention center where i played heroclix with some great dudes once, havent had the chance to go back yet. im sure theyll be there.

i know wizkids isnt going to be a sponsor or anything, but its definately a chance to play with some people :)

Yes, Heroes and Games will be running tourneys during the con. There is a thread (http://www.hcrealms.com/forum/showthread.php?t=289782)in this section about it. I know one of them is a buy in to win a SR Deadpool.

Are there any tournaments in the actual Con? I emailed them 2 weeks ago and got no response. They're website is horrible..

I don't feel like playing 1000pts Golden. Too many figs, protected, bleh... games are way too slow.

Great group of players in Columbus, I guarantee it will be a good time. Stop by Heroes and Games at some point during the con as well!! Great store, with Heroclix singles!!

I was thinking of going for the deadpool event when it was 800 modern 6 action limit now with 1000 golden age seems like it won't be as much fun. Now if they I'd 6 action limit with like max 10 characters or something than I'd definitely go.

Wait a minute. There is a comic shop INSIDE the convention center? Where?? I can't even guess how many times I've been in the convention center and I have no idea where Heroes and Games is.

Heroes and Games are in the shoping center near the Food Court inside the hotel itself. It's a nice store! They got me a Red Hulk when nobody in my area could, which I really needed to get for Sheeplover's 40th birthday. Saved my bacon! (Drove almost an hour to get there for it.)

Very clean and bright, and great people there as well!

Yup went there tonight good place. Actually worth the drive. Now to start my team build for deadpool cause you know I need a fourth one and all.
