I am fairly new at this game, so I need some help on theme teams. What are the rules for theme team pc's? What are the rules with theme team starting rolls?

For a non-generic theme team, you need 1 figure with the keyword, for every 150 points of the game build total. So in a 600 point game, you'd need 4 figures.
For a generic theme team, you need 1 figure with the keyword, for every 100 points of the game build total. So in a 600 point game, you'd need 6 figures.
For every 2 figures on your team, you get 1 theme team re-roll. So in the above examples, if you had 4 figures on a non-generic keyword team in a 600 point game, you'd get 2 theme team re-rolls.
For the generic keyword theme team in the 600 point game above, you'd get 3 theme team re-rolls.
You can have more figures on your team, those are just the minimum amounts. For example, you could have 8 figures on your non-generic keyword team, and you'd get 4 theme PC re-rolls. You could have 10 figures on your generic keyword theme team, and you'd get 5 theme PC re-rolls etc etc etc.
For every figure on your team, you get a +1 to your 'initiative' roll at the start of the game. This is to determine who gets to pick map choice, and who gets to go first. So, again, with the 600 point games as examples above, the non-generic theme team would get a +4 to their roll, and a generic theme team would get a +6 to their roll.
Here is the list of generic keywords:

You would need at least 10 figures with the Mystical keyword.
Also, to fill in one point on W.I.T.'s otherwise excellent list, you can't have any figures on the team that don't have the chosen keyword, or you break the theme. So if you're playing a 300 point JLA team, you can't have two figures with the JLA keyword and another figure without the JLA keyword -- that breaks the theme.

Yes indeed. I forgot to mention that. Rep given :classic:
And yes, for a 1,000 point Mystical Keyword theme team, as WolvieFan9 pointed out, you'd need a minimum of 10 figures to be able to get the keyword bonuses -----> +10 to map choice, 5 theme team PC re-rolls.
