I am in the final painting now. I have a few things to clean up....I am thinking about trying to make the hat a little smaller, among other things.

I have been trying to think of a good dial for this. Any ideas would be appreciated.

It's not perfect, but it fits fairly well.

I was looking at some Martial Artists as well...Mask Killer looks promising.

That is a beautiful Mod! Very nicely done. Years ago I made a gray comic book version of V and I used the Vet Taskmaster dial.

It starts off with stealth, bcf/12 attack, esd, and perplex. down the dial he also gets incap, ee, willpower, and outwit.
also wild card (minions of doom.) 6 range, 2 targets.
And it's 75 points

I would recommend Crisis Batgirl

It just kind of has the right feel

It also gives the late dial relentlessness than V needs

The Leap/Climb gives him the ability to bypass others, with the Batman Stealth making sure none interferes
