Who is Destiny??

I have been out of the complete run of X-Men for awhile. I started collecting again (had to stop while a poor college student, and neglected starting back up for awhile) for the Ultimate series of Marvel. I have no clue who Destiny is. I find it humorous that her attack and damage are all at ZERO. I know this is for a reason. If anyone can shed some light on this for me it would be appreciated.

The R Destiny looks like a 20 pt PCer with free brotherhood move.
I think I am going to learn to hate her as much if not more than I already hate Black cat and scarlet witch. (That is I hate them when they are not on my team!)

Destiny is an old precog, who pretty much did nothing in a fight except shout what was about to happen. This allowed the Brotherhood (or Freedom Force) to react before it happened.

She was about 70-80, but alluded to having been much older.

I'm not sure exactly what year's she was around(before my time, i'm guessing), but she was THE precog of the mutant titles, i can't think of any with more ability. She had no real combat ability, but was close to Mystique, and thus helped raise Rogue and was part of Freedom Force. She was later killed by Legion, but her journals were found by Shadowcat, talking about the Twelve and whatnot. Definitely incapable of combat, so i like how they represented her.

Edit: oh yes, she was also blind, but the precog allowed her to function.
