Your best 300 point team?

Hello all,

For a local tournament, I need to construct a 300 point team. No pogs and no feats, but all figures are legal. Assuming I have all the figures, what would be your PERFECT 300 point team? I know the possibilities are endless...that's why I'm stumped.

So, what would you do for your 300 point dream team?

I've got lost of dream teams. If you want to win, play:

SI Spider-Man 50
SI Spider-Man 50
Bullseye + ATA (Mystics, or Ultimates if your opponent has with Stealth) 125
Jason Blood 44
Lightspeed 25
Lila Cheney 6 (good tie-up piece, or take Joe Chill 6 if you want a Stealth cover)
= 300

Put your Spideys in front, let your opponent eat som Mystics damage. Careful with Bullseye, keep him away from TK + HSS range if opponent has this. Use Lightspeed to taxi Bullseye around.

Alternatively, you could swap Jason Blood + Lightspeed + Lila Cheney for 2 x The Question or a Oots Batman, so you can Outwit your opponent's annoying HSS.

While I wouldn't normally play 2 Hawkgirls together, I wouldn't consider this team Cheese.

Both Lex and Crossbones have stealth and wildcard. Share mystics with Deadman and not only can Deadman heal, he came down to being my last piece and would not die. His final click power demands you stop on it, then I would regen and somehow 3-3 rolled 6. Not fixed dice, but I even felt bad about the victory.

If it's Golden age, replace the lantern with Ambush feat on Nightcrawler for 5 pt.s and use the Vet HIVE agent instead of Lightspeed.

Strange and Spidey copy Sandys SS TA so they can all copy each others AV if need be.I like to use the good Doctor to taxi Sandman around, then park behind him and blast away while using perplex.

Good anti-stealth shooter,great tie up,good move and attack.Has abit of everything...well kinda.

I don't have a huge collection and don't really buy DC stuff but these two have been gold for me. This is a good thread,I've played other miniature games and the top teams are all usally the same,nice to be part of a game with so much variety.

Metron/Thing is an absolutely brutal team at 300. Use the other 5 points for a Yellow lantern (help metron's average attack) or Indigo to heal thing, lots of options.

Got HSS while nobody else does, Thing and Frog are BRUTAL beats, and Jane is nice to have hanging around healing up anyone who gets hurt.

Superman goes in for the hit, On a med size map like avengers or secret invasion map he does well. Usually i would push him and go back to diana for the heal. then there is bruce for the outwit and close combat action. if there about to die i would just use there alter egos. Its worked out for me.

Just stealth Mysterio and put JJJ in a good spot and your set. Wolverine has a sweet charge/flurry combo!

You can also take the nurse out and put in a hydra agent or something 27 points or less if you don't like support.

I think that Noh-Varr is an excellent alternative to Metron, even though he does not have Power Cosmic. Pair him up with Lightspeed, and you basically have the same powerset using with two separate characters. NC does his usual thing, with Nurse and The Question providing support.

Noh-Varr's advantage over Metron is that he gains HSS once damaged, and is able to heal himself.
