A few figures I was a little confused about.

First of all if you look in the warrior section, Mystique was probably the worst of all there figures. Her stats do not reflect in anyway her mutant powers. Perplex maybe because she confuses her enemies, but where is shapechange or something to show that.

Second, I was disappointed that they did not do more with storm. Just slop on some EE and RCE and she was basically done. She had a lot of potential as I was let down by how simplistic she was.

Third-they were saying how crymson dynamo would make up for firelord chees. No, because none of the figures like him or Iron Man have and attack value to match FL.

Love the set just a few minor things.

Regarding your points, always look at what the power grants, not necessarily the name.

1. The more I think about it, the more I think Stealth fits perfectly for Mystique. Shape Change is not that great a power, I would rather have my opponent be confused by her shape changing abilities. Along that line Stealth makes her hard to hit because you are not sure what you are targeting.

2. Smoke Cloud and Force Blast are not in Marvel at this time, so Storm doesnt have them. I would rather have a dial full of EE and some real powerful RCE (4 damage) then have a jacked up Weather Wizard.

3. There will never be another character like Firelord IMO. There are so many ways to take down Firelord now it isnt even worth much discussion. I think Wizkids knows that the more balanced figures they release, the less of an effect Firelord will have. I agree.

Stealth and perplex are fine powers for her, BUT is that really all she does ?

her changing into other hero's ?

2)Storm..
Nightcrawler has HSS, I think that makes sence for his powers.
So there is absolutely no point whatsoever in Storm not getting any of those powers !!

3)yep, WK will not make another FL.
does this balance FL, hmmm..no.
But I'm fine with that because he is beatable !
