stealth cheat??

I had the same problem with batman over the weekend in a game.
Any thing batman stood on(truck,light object,ect) he was not seen?
Now if i had a hawkeye on a roof near batman,i can see him?
Or what if batman was on an object and i had an ultron on a roof,bat man can not be seen because of stealth?...............

please help me.................

If Batman is standing on a piece of hindering terrain, LOF cannot be drawn to him in any way without the use of the Superman Ally ability. Even when being attacked from elevation, hindering terrain in Batman's own square will let him benefit from his Stealth ability.
