my Xplosion rundown. what I think. My suggestions.

This is what I think about Xplosion: I like it! Now from the Warriors section I'll give my opinion of everybodies stats! Just not all right away. I'll start with these:

R Paramedic 8pts
Use it with E batman in mixed. It also can help you upgrade your R Vultures on your Firelord teams by providing a cheap cheap cheap medic that can still hit FL's defence w/o problem. Yeah! (read w/ heavy sarcasm)

E & V Shadowcat 31pts & 40 pts
Once there was Wasp & we rejoiced at the high defence & Avengers team. Then there was Doombot w/ his toughness & MoD team, & we were all glad. Finally there is Shadowcat w/ SS, Phasing & a high def. & there was much rejoicing. This is SOOOO going on my X-men team (along w/ many other teams). I havn't seen R so I say E is the taxi of choice for most people (just like doombot & Wasp).

R & V Iceman 26pts & 47 pts
Beuatiful sculpt!! I'll play it just for that. However he is quite playable (think Pyroish). I'll use him on all my X-men teams.

R,E,V Doc Sampson 74,91,102pts
Oh wow!!! His stats rival anybody out there for those points. There will be lots of complaints about brokeness & other things. However I think this is an acurate representation of the original Doc Sampson. Furthermore I have always liked the Doc Sampson character & his Overpower cards were just as useful in that game as his click is in this one. V Sandman is nice! V Doc Sampson is Nicer !!!!!(yes I know thats not proper grammer).

V Abomination 100pts (purposefully ignoring R for now)
Well if we had official 100pt tournies V Abomination could be a king of them. Ok maybe only B2B 100pts, not ranged 100pts, but still.... I like how crazy powerful he is for 100pts (granted he needs to be against 201pt Savage hulk), but he'll probably not see a lot of play due to V Doc Sampson's insane stats (for only 2pts more).

V Beast 80pts (again purposefully ignoring R for now)
Meet Doc Sampson light. No not really, but hes another staple for the X-men team. **ok I'll take a moment here to say that most of my favorite x-men are in this set. Therefore my x-men team I've been talking about is at 83pts before Xplosion.** Beast is great & his LE will probably be an Avenger. I can't wait to get this guy.

R,E,V Gambit 28,44,51pts
I'm so glad he doesn't cost as much as Cyclops. Not because hes not that powerful (but he really isn't cyclops power equal. hand to hand is a diff. thread entirely), but because I can use any version of him on any team (including that X-men team of mine). Now before you flame me for being a Gambit fan I just want to say that we all have our own tastes in characters. Perplex, then RCE is ok because it makes him a tech piece more than just another RCE piece.

R,E,V Mandarin 107,133,141
R- good piece. will see a lot of play in 200pts, but like Magneto keep him out of b2b combat.
E-Cost the same as Apocalypse, but has outwit. a little tougher than R. wont see as much play since the R is cheaper & the V is...
V-12 range, only 8pts more than E (thats a R paramedic of a differance for those keeping count),11 att w/ 3 damage & outwit & a little thing called Mind control!!! He'll see a ton of play (& give me a reason to use Ironman). Beware the V mandarin/E Shadowcat/R Black Panther 199pt team.

E Ironman 161pts
I like it. I like it a lot! This click is greatness! So he has a 9 att, so what V destiny costs 29pts (161+29=190). thats enough room for a R Paramedic (maybe even a E Paramedic). Used properly he could take out a V mandarin (read COULD). I can't wait to see the V, but I think the E will see more play.

U Leader 113pts
Perhaps the reason U Hulk doesn't have Battle fury is because if U Leader is his AE he needs all the help he can get. Hulk aside Leader absolutely rocks. Willpower + Mind Control = sweetness. He's even got Perplex to help his range or att. Incap may help against the Hulk, but I'd use MC on everybody. If you want willpower & Incap use Batman.

U Sauron 77pts
I thought he'd be a flying parasite, but I'm thankfully wrong. This is an amazing piece. The obvious is charge/bcf/11 att, but I foresee that third click helping him stay on his 2nd click to be a real game helper. Mostly though I'd use him for the first click.

U hulk 201pts
Awww Man!! just like U flash this guy is 1pt too many to make a perfect team. Of course you'll probably need a 300pt team to take him out in 50 minutes. have fun against those people that taxi him around w/ E Firelord & have a V AIM medic (or 2 R Paramedics) waiting in the back round.

Ok time to review more (since no one has replied, but people are viewing):

E Paramedic 10pts
Did some searching & found that the E is 10pts so its really good. she (i think its a she) gets an extra click of life at the biggining w/ an 8 att. She now has 3 clicks of Support (8,7,7), so she can take a (small) hit & still heal. We'll have to wait for the vet to see which is the best. Of course if you use a Firelord team use the R since 7 vs 9-11 is pretty good odds of a heal (no need wasting 2pts more for E)

Hand Ninjas (variable pts. 11-17)
These cheap Stealth characters have 3 things going for them.
1) They look really cool!
2) They have decent stats & are Hydra!
3) They are (at least) Daredevil's AE & could be Bullseye's. This means that for 11 pts a R ninja can sit back and wait to collect some good points off of your opponents weakened Daredevil (& hopefully the more often played V Bullseye). Go Ninjas Go!!!
Did I mention they look cool?

R,E,V Mystique 34,43,51pts
Meet the Brotherhoods version of Black Panther. No she doesn't have Outwit & Stealth, but she does have Perplex & Stealth. Plus that free move keeps her with the group. However unlike BP she can step out & be a force by herself. Her E & V versions have a 9 att & 2 damage, so she can perplex one of those stats & be very effective against most teams. Especialy since about half of the X-men have Toughness & ESD as opposed to Inv & SS (the other half) this is a needed help for the brotherhood. The icing is that Magneto can now do 5 damage (on a Brotherhood & no dupes team) making him very evil. You could also up his defence.

E & V Psylocke 39pts & 45pts
I 'm hoping the R is under 30, but thats off topic. This is a great support piece, a great x-(wo)man, & a great brawler. I'm glad shes in this set for 2 reasons
1) Cyclops is now Firelordish (if I'm right about how enhancement works it should work w/ RCE) now.
2) I'm really close to having all the characters from X-treme x-men now.

R & V Storm 35pts & 52pts
ok forget Cyclops being Firelordish V Storm is 52 points (yes 10 att is hardly = to a 13, but...). R Psylocke + V Storm (or E if she can do 2+RCE) will be a fun combe to have. Aside from that combe Storm is just plain cool looking. She won't be as used by people for an x-(wo)man taxi as Shadowcat, but still fun to play.

experienced storm is the powerless one with leadership and stealth, probably the one I will be fielding the most.

enhancement doesn't work with rce

and although storm is cheap, she is nowhere near where she should be, I am quite sad however this may mean a sweet ororo munroe fig

Doc Samson's stats look awesome! I would like to see his figure.

Silver Samaurai looks handy, Phasing, BCF, and Toughness with 11 to hit on vet for 40 points.

Abomination looks good, really tough and an even 100. I may play him alone.

Hulk looks scary! He will rule the board if played right.
