I sold off my collection about 3 years ago. The buyer is no longer a registered user on eBay. I was wondering if anyone knows them, or perhaps if they are a member of Realms. Their eBay ID was

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I don't know him but I'd like to hear more of this story. Trying to get an old figure back?

Well kinda. I sold my collection (for far cheaper than I should have. Stupid me.) I hadn't played in a long time so I figured I would let it go. I had also been out of work so the money was needed more than the clix. I had been playing since IC first launched and over the years I had collected every Marvel figure from IC to Mutations and Monsters (minus about 30 LE figures, but every set from Sinister to Mutations was complete). I also had just gotten into DC and had every figure from Origin and JL. I also had Orange Foom, 2007 Galactus, 10 Sentinels (5 exp, 5 vet). Anyways, I sold the collection on eBay and the user has not been active since March of 09. I would love to buy back some of the buildings that I had custom made, as well as a ton of custom figures I made. At the time, I figured I had no use for them. However, now that I'm back into clix, I would love to have a few of the customs back, just for sentimental value.

Well, if you have any pics of the customs you should post them. Maybe someone on here seen them and can point you in the right direction. I wish you the best of luck too sir. I had to sell some things a few years ago as well. Luckily today I'm doing pretty well for myself so I bought all of it back months ago. Anyway, good luck!

It's a shame I don't have any pictures. I mostly would just like my Warbound set back. It was by far my favorite custom set to date. It was Green Scar, Miek and Korg all customized. I used them quite a bit, even when they weren't the best option just because they were just awesome looking. I have started to rebuild my collection, however I'm just focusing on Avengers and newer sets.

If it was an ebay transaction - and paypal was used - you may want to check your paypal account for an email address,

Or if you never delete emails look for the paypal email with their address. I just deleted my emails like a month ago. Had some from 2004 in there. Ahhhh... memories :)

Bringing this thread back to life. Hopefully someone out there can help me out. I remember on a few of my figures (thanos, nightcrawler, sentinels plus most of the SR and unique figures) and on the 3D objects I carved my initials. On the figures in would be either on the base of the figure or open the dial and its on the to part that's connected to the figure. If anyone had any I would love to buy them back. I will pay more than ebay prices just to get them back. Please let me know if anyone has any. Thanks!

Why don't you just customize some more? This is bodering on a weird OCD like mission to get back the *exact* pieces you owned.

I concur with the last statement. We all have made those mistakes or selling deals that we eventually regret but just needed the money.
Your energy in searching for them would be better spent just making new items. Not to mention that if you do track them down, there's no telling if they even have them anymore or if they actually do want to sell it.
This isn't a pawn shop and it wasn't a sort of loan. You sold the items, consider them as good as gone.

Its not an OCD thing. Its the fact that some of the pieces had sentimental value. They weren't supposed to be in the lot when it was sold. There was a mix up and these pieces were accident included. We were moving and most of our stuff was packed. What happened was the wrong box was shipped and I didn't know until we moved and got unpacked.

Not to sound mean, but then shouldn't this have been addressed when the guy got something he didn't pay for?
3 years later and you might as well consider it a lost cause. It may have been filled with sentimental value, but after this long, consider it long gone and build from the ashes.

Well like I said, I didn't realize it for a bit because we were in the process of moving. Its not a huge deal to get them back, I was just taking a shot in the dark. Didn't realize id get so much crap from people on here.

See, you're taking it the wrong way. Don't see it as getting crap, look at it as friendly advice.
It sucks that it went wrong, but didn't the guy say anything when he got something? And yes, you can always look at paypal records or some other transaction statement for it.. but just realize they may not have it anymore

Sorry, it wasn't directed at you. It was more towards the people just posting random crap in this thread. I realize I most likely won't get anything back but that's why I figured I would just take a shot in the dark. Figured it couldn't hurt. The email that was used for the paypal payment doesn't respond so that's why I took to the Realms.
