Let me start by saying, THANK YOU! to all those who came and supported this event. Thanks to all of your support, and because of you, we raised $874!!! An amazing sum which totally blew me away, even more so considering we only had 16 people. I can't begin to thank you all enough. I have already had the total made out as a check to the Susan G. Komen Foundation and I will be dropping it off to their Local Affiliate office in San Francisco on Monday.
As for the winners and all that, Bonkers1978 will be compiling the list and will post it soon.
I was exhausted after all the raffle ticket tearing and running around but I had the time of my life. This event was well beyond what I expected it would be and it has been a dream come true in many ways. Thank you all so much, once again! I hope that next year, the Official runners will bring us aboard so we can get more support and bring in more money for the Susan G. Komen Foundation.
