Pog Templates?

So, I've been thinking about trying to have a pog of myself made. I'd give it the same stats as one of the pogs that are legal so it'd be playable. (Not in official events, but locally I think it'd be cool to use.) Does anyone have or know where I can download a template to use for a custom pog?
