Lets talk about Soaring

OK, so I'm using Superman w/hypersonic speed. At the beginning of my movement can I soar him, move him and drop him back down aty the end of the move and fire or hit someone? His movemenet is 11 at the start so I soar him, move him 9 and then drop him back down and make an attack. and does that include picking up an object before or after i soar to make an attack?

Also, can any character w/flying soar, move and drop back down on the same movement (abiding by the correct movement points of course)

Yes, this is legal.

Yes, this can be done also.

Again, perfectly fine.

Yes both examples are perfectly legal.

In fact a popular tactic with OWAW Superman is to start soaring, swoop in with an object (or shoot at range) and revert to soaring after the attack. Since you can attack anytime during your move thanks to HSS, this is perfectly legal. ;)
