first off its not a REALLY dumb question because ive answered it like 40 times... so u arent the only one

if u go to www.heroclix.com and read either the marvel or DC FAQ under clix points it says:

Thanks for asking about Clix Points. We put these on boxes for a promotion we considered, but did not run. [B/]

so they r not used for anything some such as myself see it as a temporary thing

also someone here on the realms is buying them from people or at least they were
