Formula for Point Cost...

I was wondering if anyone knows where I can find the formula for determining who costs what? I mean, I know that Veteran Bullseye costs 43 points. But why? What is the secret formula or the where is the chart that says "Okay, he's got this many total clicks of life on his dial... that's so many points; plus he's a member of the Sinister Syndicate... that's this many points. And he's got X number of clicks of Energy Reflection, and X number of clicks of Ranged Combat Expert... that adds this many to that many. His numbers on the dial are this, this, and that, and that gives him a total of 43 points."

Has anyone broken down the code? Or is it posted anywhere? I'd really like to know....

This formula is very sought after and many people have attempted to work it out in detail. Needless to say, it certainly is in WizKids' best interested to lock it away with the KFC Original Recipe and the pics of the Grassy Knoll.

Search for it, how? What do I search for? It's not called "formula" is it? It takes a lot of time to rummage through each thread, so any help you could offer would be nice.

Why don't we not care how THEY figure the points? Why don't we take a page out of the baseball sabermatrician's book and figure out what WE think they're worth. There are advantages to be had. The system I am working on rates si114 Thing at 166 pts. Interested?
