Need help!

I recently signed up on Hcrealms, and I have not been able to use an avatarr. When I choose one and submit it, the site tells me I am not allowed and/or am not logged in. I am definitely logged in when I do this, so I don't understand why it's not working! Could someone help me get this going? I know it's something small, but I think the avatarr's are cool. Thanx! im not sure.. i had this problem for a while too im pretty sure the answer is in the faq at the top of the page
it has something to to with your user cp settings i think hopefully herocomplex will come in and help u out until then try looking through the faq

I had this exact same problem, but here's how I fixed it:

1) Go to User CP.

2) Go to Edit Options.

3) Change your options so that you are automatically logged in when you return to the site.

4) Change Preferences.

Now you can edit your Avatar. I think that editing your avatar somehow logs you out, so the program automatically asks you to log in. Once you log in, the program forgets to change your Avatar...repeat ad nauseum.
