when bruce banner turns into hulk dos he have control of himself or dos he act like a totaly different person i know he talks like a caveman but is bruce banner still in control?

No, he's not. There was a "Smart Hulk" that was suposedly Banner in control but it was later revealed to be a psyche that Doc Samson had made for Hulk, and not truely Banner in power.

so how dos he like save lives and stuff? dos banner know what hulk is doing?

Typically Banner doesn't know what's going on when the Hulk is out. Some people write him so he does know and occassionally tries to will the Hulk from doing things but most of the time Banner has no knowlage of what happened while the Hulk.

Now, the Hulk has different intellegence levels with his different personalities. Regular green Hulk is pretty child like. He just wants to be left alone and not be hurt or teased. Savage Hulk was almost a mindless destruction machine, Grey "Mr. Fixit" hulk was very cunning and crafty. He was smart, but in a "I can screw you over this way" kinda way. Then you've got Smart Hulk, AKA Professor Hulk. He was roughly the same Intellegence as Banner, but was not actually Banner. He's been the most Super Hero-ish of all the Hulk incarnations. Then he was split from Banner during the whole "heroes reborn" thing. During this time he was Smart but very very mean. After a fight with the Xmen during this time he was jumped by Apocolypse and became the Horseman of War for 3 issues. Well, after Banner returned there was a whole "identity crisis" thing going on and he was changing into different hulks at different times. That got resolved so now he only turns into the not-so-smart hulk... that is until the last issue... in which it seems Hulk and Banner are cohabitating withing the Hulk body at the same time... :eek:

but if green hulk has mind of a child then how can he know to save somebody or to beat down somebody?

As the green Hulk de-evolved(he had the Joe fixit personna in the green Hulks body for close to the first year or so) he began to be more child like and only wanted to be left alone. He was often duped by villains trying to use him, and would then be betreyed by them. Thus the Hulk would remember them and beat the snot out of them everytime he saw them. The Hulk also had that ingrained instinct that many males do to protect women and children, wich for the most part was what he did. he would also rescue those he viewed as friends. Hope that helps!

Yea, Child like Hulk has always been very nice to children, women, Rick Jones, and animals most of the time. He did kill a deer once when it charged him, but it was just his instincts kicking in. The childlike hulk is neither good nor bad, really. He doesn't comprehend good and evil, just like a child.
