Both pieces are quite similar, :a-sharpshooter:ing primary ranged attackers in small builds and secondary ranged attackers in larger builds, , have solider keyword, and fit into some pretty specific keywords. But who is better for the points?

My choice would be Star-Lord. For only one reason. You can put the Guardians of the Galaxy ATA on him and not have to worry about Outwit.
