2. No; flying characters can not carry another flying character who is carrying another figure.

These question can be answered in the rule book. Look under 'Flying' and the 'Objects' sections.

1. Flying figures can carry other flight-capable figures.Yes, flying characters may carry other flying figures.

2. At the end of the move, the flying character must be in hover mode, and must place the carried character in an adjacent open square.No, flying figures may not be carried while carrying. At the end of a flyer's move he must set down his passenger, and since one figure's action must resolve before the next one begins this can never be possible.

3. A carrying character cannot carry a figure who is carrying someone else or holding an object.No, flying figures may not carry figures who have objects.

although, regarding carrying objects and another character...you CAN pick up an object, carry it, AND pick up a character and carry him/her, just not him/her WITH an object...

What if the flier and the passenger BOTH have super strength? Then can the flier carry a passenger with an object?

The flyer with Super Strength can carry an object AND a passenger.

The Passenger cannot carry ANYTHING.

I think you were meant to say an object OR a passenger. They can not carry both at once.

Actually, they can. To elaborate: Vision is a flyer with Super Strength. He may carry both an object and a passenger at the same, following the normal rules for each. But he may not carry a passenger who in turn is carrying an object. Or, to strictly reiterate what Tsannik said:The flyer with Super Strength can carry an object AND a passenger.

The Passenger cannot carry ANYTHING.
