12 Range TK is not possible is it?

I thought the rules said that TK range is 10.

Magneto has a range of 8 but can TK 10 square away so that should also work for Phoenix with a range of 12, down to 10. Is this a minimum which can therefore be bossted by perplax to 13 or 14?

Or does it work like MC which is a minimum range of 4 if not stated?

Her 12 range allows her to make ranged attacks at a distance of 12 squares. TK uses a range of 10. Phoenix's preview specifically says that her range is not something new for TK.

Also, to answer your second question:

No, you cannot Perplex the range of Telekinesis. You can only Perplex combat values, and this is not a combat value.

Yes, you can perplex range, but the printed one, not a rule specified one, like TK's range of 10.
