Rorsharch- Incapacitate (pinkies), leap/climb (jumping out of windows, and doesn't he have a grappling hook? i don't remember). It wouldn't be a power fig by any means, but he's just so #### cool. On the same note:
Ozymandias- Super Senses (the end with Rorscharch, and getting shot at), Outwit (the guy is just so smart), high damage, because he is such a good fighter and in such good shape.
Earth X Fantastic- Outwit down the dial, Invulnerbility for Doom's armor, Mind Control for being able to do the Prof. X stuff.
Earth X Cap- Charge to a click of stealth, Willpower, Outwit.
Agree? Disagree? Anything?
