Parallax

I have a parallax incoming (couldnt resist the awesome sculpt) and while I dont expect to win any tournaments with him lol, is there anything feat wise and character combo wise that I can play with him to make him competitive? even a little bit lol?

I normally play 500-600pt events at the venues I play at

I'd recommend having multiple TKers on your team.

At 600 points you could try something like this:

CD Parallax 270
AA Lyssa Drk 72 (tk perplex is always good)
MnM Marvel girl/ SI Gee 40
CR Chief 63 (Manipulate works really well with Parallax, not to mention
Chief also doubles for perplex/outwit and support)
AA Arkillo 126
Checkmate Knight white 29
Totals at 600

The idea is simple, TK Parallax out front, shoot and TK him back. If he needs to, push him and use Manipulate. With the perplex and enhancement available he can easily shoot for 8 damage a pop. If they get too close use Arkillo to back him up. (BD Hawkgirl would also work but Arkillo also has range) Worst case scenario, just heal him back up. Major weakness though would be stealth and similar abilities.

Of course you could also use BN Atom and other lantern tkers. (heck since it's golden age you could replace Marvel Girl for a rookie jean grey and still have enough point left over for either a Blue or Yellow Lantern battery(if you have them at least).

I tried something along this lines a few months back but it was 700 points. Very lantern themed. I used Parallax, CR Sinestro, CR Star Sapphire, BN Atom, BN Mera a blue lantern and a BT. It worked well enough. :)
