breakaway, do I need to?

I'm playin a game right now and I need a quick question answered by anyone who knows -
If I have a character w/ phasing do you need to roll to breakaway?????
I know you don't w/ hype speed or leap/climb . . . . but what about phasing?

You do not need to roll breakaway with phasing.

No breakaway.

PHASING This character may phase into another plane of reality and reappear someplace else on the battlefield. (Optional) Give this figure a move action. Move this character in any direction a number of squares up to his or her speed value. Ignore the effects of all characters and terrain features on movement.

You don't need to roll breakaway with Phasing, Leap/Climb or Hypersonic Speed. Those are three of my favourite powers for just that reason.
