I am going to a tourny in a few days and I was thinking an animal man team

1x Animal Man
2x Beast Boy
1x Solovar

I am going to run beast boy with his cheetah form...I haven't got his rex form yet. let me know if there are any better animal choices.

You Perplex up Animal Man's attack, push Howard on the Phone Booth, copy Flurry, TK Animal Man up, then you have Charge + Flurry + BCF! That's a lot of damage! Since you have 2 Animal Mans, you can do it all again the next turn.

I really love the Animal Man from 75th. I personally am using him with as

Animal Man
Solovar
Wolfsbane
Howard the Duck
Fill in points with bystanders.

Wolfsbane is a great tie up piece, but so is Beast Boy. Howard is a must in my opinion though, push off to his perplex and sit back on the willpower for theme probs. I noticed the LE Grodd could work well too, but Solovar is sturdier.

I destroyed everyone yesterday with this team:

Animal Man
Detective Chimp
Beast Boy
Gorilla City Warrior
Vermin

I had two prob controls to use which came in handy and the Detective Chimp
provide Stealth/Outwit/Leap Climb. Start Beast Boy out as Gar and changed him into Bear/Cheetah/T-Rex when necessary. Gorilla City Warrior provide Super Stregth/Leap Climb and tied up my opponents. Vermin was an annoying tie-up piece as well and they feared my rat army.

This team is exactly 300 pts.
