Let's break it down. She's not as cheap as Vulture. She doesn't get free movement like Wasp. She doesn't have the most spaces of movement but she has the one thing that can turn the tide of a barrier team or an indoor map.

Before the only figures who had it were Dr. Strange and Vision. Both are a little expensive to be taxis to say the least, and it's not like you can field a lot of them on your team. But Shadowcat will change all that. being able to taxi someone through opposing figures, walls, barriers and hindering terrain is an absolute must, and stack super senses on top of that and you have a taxi with a decent bit of staying power. Pair her up with MOD Team Members and you have a one clix mobile ambulance.
